- Myasthenia Gravis
- Einnahme folgender Wirkstoffe:
Sertralin, Fluoxetin, Citalopram, Amitryptilin, Haloperidol, Diphenhydramin, Amiodaron,Erythromycin, Clarithromycin, Levo- oder Moxifloxacin
- schwere Herzinsuffizienz (NYHA III/IV), Leberzirrhose (Child-Pugh C) oder Niereninsuffizienz (GFR<30ml/min)
